自動焊機工件焊接過程自動化系統(tǒng)

(1)焊 接過程控制系統(tǒng)的智能化是焊 接自動化的核心問題之一,也是未來開展研究的重要方向。應(yīng)開展好控制方法方面的研究,包括線性和各種非線性控制。代表性的是焊 接過程的模糊控制、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制,以及系統(tǒng)的研究。

(2)焊 接柔性化技術(shù)也是著力研究的內(nèi)容。在未來的研究中,將各種光、機、電技術(shù)與焊 接技術(shù)有機結(jié)合,以實現(xiàn)焊 接的精 確化和柔性化。用微電子技術(shù)改造傳統(tǒng)焊 接工藝裝備,是提高焊 接自動化水平淡的根本途徑。將數(shù)控技術(shù)配以各類焊 接機械設(shè)備,以提高其柔性化水平,是當前的一個研究方向;另外,焊 接機器人與系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合,實現(xiàn)自動路徑規(guī)劃、自動校正軌跡、自動控制熔深等功能是研究的。

(4)提高焊 接電源的可靠性、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定性和控制,以及優(yōu)良的動感性,也是著重研究的課題。開發(fā)研制具有調(diào)節(jié)電弧運動、送絲和焊槍姿態(tài),能探測焊縫坡開頭、溫度場、熔池狀態(tài)、熔透情況,適時提供焊 接規(guī)范參數(shù)的高性能焊機,并應(yīng)積極開發(fā)焊 接過程的計算機模擬技術(shù)。使焊 接技術(shù)由“技藝”向“科學(xué)”演變輥實現(xiàn)焊 接自動化的一個重要方面
