功能描述

(1)底座作為設(shè)備基礎(chǔ),由型材焊接,去應(yīng)力退火處理;

(2)外防護(hù)為整體防護(hù),開(kāi)關(guān)門為自動(dòng)控制并具有故障報(bào)警功能,預(yù)留排煙口與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)除塵系統(tǒng)連接,焊接煙氣能夠及時(shí)出;

(3)驅(qū)動(dòng)端雙軸變位機(jī)由三爪自定心卡盤、翻轉(zhuǎn)及回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)組成。伺服電機(jī)、渦輪蝸桿減速器驅(qū)動(dòng),可使卡盤翻轉(zhuǎn)角度及沿軸線回轉(zhuǎn)。焊接工裝由三爪自定心卡盤夾緊,配合壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)完成工件裝夾,已點(diǎn)焊工件,則不需壓緊機(jī)構(gòu),而由卡爪夾緊法蘭??ūP調(diào)整角度為0-90°,以適應(yīng)不同工件焊接角度需求,尤其便于DN400-600的大工件的安裝與拆卸。伺服控制工件沿軸線轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度,使之與系統(tǒng)設(shè)置同步,達(dá)到焊接要求。
(3) The dual axis displacement machine at the driving end is composed of a three jaw self centering chuck, a flipping and rotating mechanism. Driven by a servo motor and a worm gear reducer, it can flip the chuck and rotate along the axis. The welding fixture is clamped by a three jaw self centering chuck, which is combined with a clamping mechanism to complete the workpiece clamping. If the workpiece has been spot welded, there is no need for a clamping mechanism, and the flange is clamped by the claw. The adjustment angle of the chuck is 0-90 ° to meet the welding angle requirements of different workpieces, especially for the installation and disassembly of large workpieces with DN400-600. Servo control of workpiece rotation speed along the axis to synchronize with system settings and meet welding requirements.
(4)焊槍三軸移動(dòng)系統(tǒng),由伺服電機(jī)、行星減速機(jī)、直線模組構(gòu)成,同時(shí)焊槍能夠根據(jù)工藝要求,可人工調(diào)整焊槍前后和左右的角度。橫向模組調(diào)整焊槍水平位置,適于不同規(guī)格工件需要;縱向模組完成焊接與退回的位置切換;升降模組適于不同規(guī)格直徑的焊接位置調(diào)整。擺動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)適于焊縫寬度大及多層多道焊。
(4) The three-axis moving system of the welding gun is composed of a servo motor, a planetary reducer, and a linear module. At the same time, the welding gun can be manually adjusted for the angle of the welding gun in front, back, and left according to the process requirements. The swing mechanism is suitable for welding with large weld widths and multiple layers and passes.
(6)控制系統(tǒng)帶有焊接參數(shù)存儲(chǔ)、調(diào)用功能(焊接電流、電壓、焊接速度),能夠記錄多條焊接參數(shù),切換工件型號(hào)時(shí)一鍵調(diào)用參數(shù);
